At Astrovala, we strive to offer insightful and meaningful astrological services. However, due to the nature of personalized and digital products, we have the following refund policy:

  1. Personalized Readings and Reports: Since personalized astrological readings, reports, and consultations are custom-made and based on specific birth chart data, these services are non-refundable once delivered. We encourage you to review the service details before placing your order.

  2. Digital Products: All digital products (e.g., e-books, pre-recorded content) are final sale. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

  3. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a live consultation or session, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Service Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with a service or product for any reason, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact email] within 7 days of your purchase.     We have 7 day of return policy once 7 days passed we will not accept any return.
